Renter must be 21 years or older and must have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name -  Rates may not be used in conjunction with any other Rental Car Discount Plan. Rates exclude additional optional insurance, sales tax, fuel, under 25 surcharge, State and airport fees where applicable - Rates expire December 15, 2008 and includes FREE unlimited mileage, 24-Hour emergency road side assistance and FREE drop charge at any corporate Florida location.  Holiday rates and blackout periods apply.
